SHIPPING


Most in-stock orders ship within 2-3 days, Monday to Friday.                                    
If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail.
Most backorders ship within 12 days. 

Shipping rates are calculated before buying process in your shopping             card.                                                                                                                                                                        
Add your country, refresh site and you will see your rate.

International orders outside Europe are taxfree but maybe subject to duties,
and value added taxes in your country.
As a condition of sale, you are responsable for the import clearance                                                 & duties in your country.

No PO Box addresses will be shipped.














RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your purchased item is faulty or defects, contact us or send back to us within 14 days.
We will replace it immediately or refund the purchase price + freight. 

In case of revocation without further cause, contact us or send back to us within 14 days.
We will reimburse item asap, but the freight is yours.

Unnecessary shipping and handling charges are contrary to our environmental objectives.
Please use our size charts or, if you are unsecure, contact us before ordering.
We would be happy to advise.

We only accept returns in same conditions as you received them.
Unpack the item carefully, do not destroy or deteriorate any attached labels and eventual
packaging.

We can only accept free of charge return shipments in our warehouse. We reimburse freightcost if noticed in shipment and the conditions are fulfilled according to our general terms and conditions
