Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2-3 weeks. International orders are subject to duties, customs, and value added taxes. If you are shipping your order outside of Europe, as a condition of sale, you acknowledge, agree and assume all risk and responsibility for the import clearance, duties, and delivery to final destination. RETURNS & EXCHANGES We try everyday our best to manufacture our products to be free from defects of workmanship. (RA) and a return delivery note. Pls include this in the return shipment. Please, do not mail any packages C.O.D. they might be delayed or rejected. Do not remove etiquettes, or tear the polybags, as we cannot resell this items after. All returns must be returned to us within 14 days and returned with all hang tags in the original packaging.
